When we refer or coordinate vendors (cleanout crews, estate sale operators, contractors, or others), we make reasonable efforts to use vetted, licensed, and insured vendors. However, vendors are independent third parties. Probate Pros is not responsible for the work, conduct, or omissions of referred vendors. You retain the right to approve or reject any vendor before work begins.
If you engage Probate Pros for coordination or services, the terms of that engagement — including scope, fees, and responsibilities — will be set out in a written engagement agreement. These Terms of Use govern your use of this website and general communications; the engagement agreement governs the specific services being provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Probate Pros and its principals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on information provided here. Our total liability for any claim related to use of this website (not covered by a separate engagement agreement) shall not exceed $100.
